BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. NO services rendered to clients accompanied by children under 13 years of age. NO exceptions. Will constitute a No Show. Less than 48 hours notice ("Late Cancels" & “Late Rescheduled”and “No Shows” will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Fee will be charged to the credit card stored on file when you originally book your appointment. If you don’t need it, don’t book it—late cancel applies to services booked & not rendered. Read my policies & book a proper consultation if you are not sure what to book. Email to book bang trims/consultations. No bridal/updos, extensions, fashion colors, clipper or children’s cuts. Add blowouts separately to color services only (included with cut). 1st-time color clients MUST add blowout to color service. Visit website for detailed directions/location. Do not wear hooded sweatshirt to appt. This prevents a precise haircut. If building door is locked, use directory & I’ll open door remotely. Code will also be in confirmation/reminder emails. Review all salon policies online before you book. Stand-alone blowout appts are for existing cut &/or color clients only.
